The senior management of the organisation has extensive experience in managing ship agencies and logistics companies in East Africa. We maintain a very lean structure and the senior managers are hands-on and control key aspects of business. This is important so that we do not lose focus or control in protecting the interests of our Principals / Customers.
We conduct in-house training sessions with the intention of improving the competence and job knowledge of all team members. We also encourage and sponsor key members of our team to enrol for shipping and logistics courses, for their career advancement.
